Shipping policy
Orders will be processed with accuracy and as quick as possible. Please allow 3-4 days to process your order. Due to the nature of shipping and the potential issues that can arise after being shipped, I ask that you read these policies below and reach out to me directly via email Theagelessesty@gmail.com with any questions.
- Skin Collective is not liable for your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost packages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe/secure United States Postal Service address for shipping. If a package has been tracked as delivered, we are not responsible for any stolen items. Please contact the carrier (UPS) if you have any concerns regarding your order arriving.
- Skin Collective is not able to refund shipping costs as they are paid directly to the carrier.
